1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 cup chopped onion

3 tablespoon butter
20 to 30 large shrimp
1 cup of pasta
1 1/2 half cup of heavy cream
1 olive oil
1/3 cup water
