ЁЯЗ╡ЁЯЗ╖GANDINGA (PORK STEW): Chop the organs finely (liver, lungs and heart). Chop pork meat, then add sofrito (puerto rican salsa), olives, seasoning and hot peppers and potatoes. Add to a pot and boil for 45 minutes.

ЁЯЗ╡ЁЯЗ╖ PATITAS DE CERDO CON GARBANZOS (PIG FEET STEW): In a pot, boil chickpeas and pig feet. Add grated plantains, squash and seasonings (cilantro and achiote).
