In this clip, Math Hoffa reacted to Fredo Bang suggesting elderly African-Americans can be perceived as some of the most racist people. Fredo Bang added that this is often from learned behavior steeped in historical racism and systemic unfairness. This negative mentality is perpetuated by experiences and encounters that give rise to bias and prejudice. Math Hoffa supported this statement, pointing out that these perceptions are formed due to the historical robbery and dismissal of accomplishments of the black community. He made a reference to the scientific accomplishments of an African-American scientist that were attributed to Thomas Edison. It is these systemic racial issues that create divisions and plant seeds of prejudice in the community.
